Who We Are

All Valley RV Center was founded by Roy Padgett and has been a cornerstone of the Acton community ever since. Today, the dealership is led by Bruce McGovern and Jordan Heck — both of whom started as employees on day one and now serve as Dealer Principal and Vice President. With a combined 64 years of RV industry experience, Bruce and Jordan bring unmatched expertise, integrity, and passion to every customer interaction. We’re more than a dealership — we’re a family. Our team culture is built on fun, respect, and consistency. We work hard to retain great people so our customers always see familiar faces and receive service from professionals who truly care.
