A toy hauler, or sports utility trailer, is a motorhome, 5th wheel, or travel trailer designed to allow RVers to bring "toys" such as ATVs, motorcycles, or snowmobiles along for the adventure. The setup of a toy hauler is divided into two parts; a living space in the front and a garage or storage area in the back.
Deciding if a toy hauler is the right RV for you really depends on what you plan to do out on the open road. If you are planning to venture out and enjoy other activities that require additional vehicles such as snowmobiles or ATVs, a toy hauler could be a good option. A toy hauler may also be a good option for vendors or others who are transporting goods or products. However, if you do not foresee the use of any vehicles while you are out exploring, a toy hauler is not a good choice for you.
